My current setup at home is a Pace HD PVR with a 90cm dish and twin LNB with a 2x4 multiswitch.
I had the guys from Sats R Us come out and replace my old setup with the HD PVR a couple of months ago and asked then to move the dish because it was VERY sensitive to weather. We moved it from the wall to the roof where it has an unobstructed view of the sky...no trees or anything in the way. For the first few weeks, weather wasn't an issue at all, channels used to stay rock solid all the time. Only very severe rain and wind would cause the picture and audio to crap out.
Now I'm busy trying to watch American Idol on MnetHD and even though the wind outside is not that bad, the channel is barely watchable. Thing is, SSHD and DiscoveryHD are fine, no breakups or anything?
Any advice?
