Window scrolls back up

Hi guys

We have a company that we do work for and they use Smartermail Enterprise 11.5 (does that mean anything to IT fundis?) as a program to send out emails.

In their programme, when I open a new window in order to draft a new message, the window immediately scrolls back up so that only the "from" and "to" blocks are visible. Attempts to maximise the window is not successful, it simply scrolls back up again automatically.

What can cause this and how to fix it?

Are you using a browser interface(webmail)? There are known issues with Smartermail Enterprise 11.5 and some recent browsers. You may want to try a different or older version web browser, or get the company to upgrade Smartermail Enterprise to a newer version.
