Just in case anybody else comes across this, as it has given me insane issues this week...
Both might solve your issues, try 1 first.
Fix 1: Turn off (Windows) firewall. (Windows key S, search firewall, turn off both). Run command prompt(windows key+R, cmd.exe).
ipconfig /release (enter)
Ipconfig /renew (enter)
Turn firewall back on now, should work fine.
Seems with firewall on windows does not in fact renew IP, so router(dhcp host) and adapter ip do not agree. I'm guessing.
Fix 2:Uninstall Avast (antivirus). Right click on start. Programs and features. Avast. Uninstall.
This is NOT a driver issue!
Good luck, all. Hope this helps someone.
