Windows 10 Crash I Need Assistance

Hi Guys
I normally leave my PC on during the day and switch it off say 20:00 , last night when I wanted to switch it off I could not get anything to work, click on START mouse don't respond, right-click for Task Manager don't work, CTRL-ALT-DEL no go, I had no choice but to switch off the PC by pressing the ON/OFF switch.
Restarted the PC and I was presented with the Windows Repair screen and this operation failed and I then got the Troubleshoot screen, now normally you would a Reset PC option however I don't see it in the list of options, see picture.
Any help would be appreciated how to fix my windows 10.

Open Command Prompt and type in the following

sfc/scannow (hit enter)

Let the scan complete

Then type in the following and hit enter again

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

I have had this happen before, there is a problem with the boot partition. In my case it happened with an SSD and because somehow the SATA cable got marginal.

yes I fix it comrade, use EaseUs tool
