Windows 10 license expiry?

What in the world? This morning, when I turned on my PC, I got an alert that my Windows license will be expire soon. Navigated to settings, and sure enough, "Your Windows license expires on Saturday, 24 December 2016. Contact your system administrator to get a product key. Error code: 0cC004F074."

I've tried these fixes but they've not worked for me

I upgraded from Windows 7 Pro so obviously I don't have a DVD with license key or anything, and no, I didn't touch my hardware so I can't imagine that has anything to do with it. Any help would be appreciated
