Windows 10 - when can we expect the service pack 1 release date?

Searched a bit on Google, no topics really on this. How long does MS generally take until, they release SP1? A couple months? I'm thinking to rather wait until SP1 is released...then upgrade to Win10....

There won't be a service pack for win 10

There was no service packs for Windows 8 / 8.1.. they went and did "Update 1"... so I would expect Windows 10 to follow that update style.

Windows 10 will be following a more rapid incremental update scheme as opposed to big rolled-up service packs

I think the equivalent to SP1 would be "Threshold Wave 2" (since launch is Wave 1).

Last I heard that was going to be sometime around October.
