Can't you just VM Vista and compare then?

Firstly if you run Vista you'll see it has glass folders, these will be added at RTM again but updated probably, compared to Vista the icons are not better, some toolbar icons are missing, look at vista to see that the toolbar is much more polished compared to 7, 7 still looks like the Vista leaks before RTM.

Yup too me as well, they look polished the minute i changed from vista to windows 7 7048.
