Windows 7 folder question

I remember in Vista and Xp, if you had a folder with a list of files in it, you could take the first file and move it to the back/bottom of the list. It seems you are unable to do this in windows 7. Does windows 7 have it included? And if so how do you enable it?

That would depend what attributes you have set for arranging the files.
