Windows 7 installation error

Hi guys,

I'm trying to install Windows 7 from a USB because my DVD drive is broken . It boots fine and loads the setup files, but after I click on the install now button it comes up with a message saying:

Required cd/dvd drive device driver is missing...

Any suggestions

Specs:

- Gigabyte GA-G31M-S2l
- E2180
- 1 GB DDR2-800

Buy another DVD Drive

You need to make a bootable partition on your flash disk.

I had the same prob
I tried EVERYTHING on the net and none worked... I downloaded it again and it worked (my previous *.iso file was corrupt!)

I think that's the only thing ironstones are good for(only joking). Mark_T, you should have tried repairing the download with a torrent, than another few gigs.
