Windows 7 Offline files.

I have a customer that wants to sync data that he got on a network map with his laptop. I was going to setup offline files for him and then he can use it when he is not in the office and sync it when he comes back. I checked the drive and it is 70 GB of data. Now I am a bit nervous, I have uses SyncToy before for other projects. Will offline files work ok or do you guys have a better suggestion?
