Windows 7 RC update disaster

Yesterday my Windows 7 did an update and needed to restart,

After it restarted it said "Installing updates" or something along those lines just after booting, but it got stuck at 67% and there doesn't seem to be anything I can do about it. Even after restarting it just goes back to that screen.

Anyone else have that happen?

That was my plan, but I am waiting for a new harddrive, so I will wait until then before I try it again.

boot from your windows 7 cd, then do a recovery and run system restore, should fix it
