Ok so I only need 4GB ram, and apparently Win7 x32 supports 4GB, so why would I want to go x64, are there any benefits for gaming using x64 version?

update

I found that one would first have to tweek the 32bit OS in order to be able to use 4GB ram. So I'll just stick with 64

Stick with x64 anyways. I have noticed a performance increase when using x64 with only 2GB of RAM
