Windows 7's weather forecasting gadget is crap.

It has been forecasting heavy rain for this entire week and although it has rained last weekend ... not an entire drop has fallen this week.

Do a google search for Conky for Windows. At least on linux conky is very customisable and you can pull in accuweather stuff. Much nicer than windows gadgets.
