Hi my laptop is currently runninh Windows 8.1 which I have updated to from the store. However the laptop came with Windows 8 and I was wondering will the Reset option delete the drivers for graphics card, wifi etc aswell because Ive updated it to 8.1? Or will it be like a factory reset and restore the pc to how it came out the box without deleting the drivers and all the manufacturer software???

Will be restored like when you first got the laptop(assuming you bought it new).
If your laptop came with drivers and software, it will be the same after restored.
Note all updates done will have to be redone.

It is one of the Windows 8 restore options when booting from the DVD.

I've used the refresh option a couple times and it gets the job done nicely.

Thanks for the reply but Will it delete my drivers and all the software that the manufacturer shipped it with? The pc did not came with a DVD

A reset will use the recovery partition on the laptop to do a complete clean install of Windows 8 how it came out the box.

If the laptop manufacturer slipstreamed the drivers and applications into the recovery image it will have all the drivers and software that came with the laptop.

This will also delete any personal files you have on the laptop.

Why do you want to do this?

I believe that "reset pc" button is within the windows 7 disc...

No, you find it under recovery options in PC settings

Using that option is going to require Windows 8.1 installation media which you said you do not have.
Upgrading through the Windows Store entitles you to make use of Microsoft Support to obtain the installation media.
