I'm busy doing performance improvements in Pocket Meme ( http://www.windowsphone.com/en-US/apps/b39dc91a-8151-4621-82ce-5e7e0ae45e40 ).
One of the the ways is a ton of caching and a CDN which I am using Windows Azure for. I've never used Azure until tonight, but besides their horridly confusing costs, it's going pretty well, and it seems really awesome.

I just wanted to find out what experiences other devs have had using it. And if anyone has used both AWS and Azure, how they compare?

AWS wins hands down. Not going into why... but just get an account and see for yourself.

Well, having not run into any problem, and not finding anything I can't do that I want to (this is a smallish project), it's going to be rather difficult to find that out by trying it.

EDIT: Actually I have encountered something that's a bit annoying. The deploy times are quite long. Not that that is really a problem though because the emulator runs locally fine.

EDIT2: Scott Hanselman saw a discussion between me and some other guys and replied: "that will get WAY faster soon. Way." (https://twitter.com/#!/WithinRafael/status/191191988228456449)

I've been trying to sign up for Azure but never get the text verification code.
