I'm running windows server 2022 on my mini server but I'm used to Ubuntu on my seedboxes.

Is there something similar to tmux on windows?

What's the goal with your tmux use on the server?
You can run tmux on Server 2022 (likely) using WSL2

Ubuntu subsystem. Trying to avoid that.

I just used tmux to run some copy scripts every couple of minutes with cron

Well,WSL can run many flavours, not just ubuntu

Not Crontab-able scripts?

This is still very vague

Seems there was a way to get GNU Screen working as "recently" as 2019 with Cygwin, not sure if that's really an option anymore.

You could probably get tmux working with Cygwin as well. Apparently MobaXterm ships with Cygwin and allows the installation of tmux but... pricy.

Then there's cmder but I don't think that quite does what you want.
