Could this error be related to hardware?

I've just formatted, clean install and loaded maybe 5 programs ... but I'm getting this error :/

I had it before formatting too - but thought it was all the junk software I had.

Does the error appear every time windows starts? What are the details of the error message?

If it happens every time you restart, you will need to recreate the pagefile. More info here.
