Windows Live Messenger Connectivity Issues

Can anyone connect to Windows Live Messenger???
I've been stuggling the entire day. No Luck....

Is this a Microsoft issue or ISP issue? I can connect fine at work.

Vodacom 3G, PPDB, Novatel MC950D USB modem

think it must be a MSN issue ... can't connect on ADSL or Vodacum 3G .....

At my side everthing from MSN is down. Can't connect to any of their services.

I am connected to MSN via Neotel without any issues.
