Windows Mobile 6.5

Ok, so today is 6 October - whoop whoop! ie Launch day for WinMo 6.5. Anybody heard anything from HTC about the updated ROMS for the Diamond 2 yet?

HTC has not provided us with the release date yet for the Windows Mobile 6.5

Once it has been released, it should be available on the www.htc.com website

I don't want to start attacking Winmo. It's a good OS and I used a lot of WM phones, before switching over to Symbian, and now Android. Unfortunately Windows Mobile is clearly lagging behind the competition. The interface is just too outdated, and from what I've read, 6.5 isn't a major improvement. HTC are trying their best to put make-up on the old lady, and are doing a good job. But once you get past the HTC eye candy....
