Windows Mobile 7 --- loosing functionality & apps

Sigh.... I hate doing this. But the word you are looking for losing, not loosing. Or maybe loosening, but not loosing.

No copy & paste I can live with, but no multitasking on a "smart" phone == Epic Fail

yup. when you've lost the plot, rather just copy what your competitors have done.
maybe they can brand it the iPhoney.
oh well, they have nothing to lose so i guess they may as well sink the ship and deploy the life rafts.

It's Sad to see another disappointing os for smartphones.Windows mobile 6xx was far better as a all round os for productivity. This however seems like junk for productivity.

Looking at the videos of the UI, I already got headeaches.

Also was reported it wouldn't come with Adobe Flash, not sure if that was change

Old apps not working is fine but no multi-tasking or copy&paste... mmmm if they stick an apple logo on it it should sell well

ROFLMAO. All the drawbacks in the iPhone OS that WinMo fans were pointing out have now been introduced as "features" by Microsoft three years later. They've arrived with a bang - in 2008.

It seems to me that Microsoft has given the proverbial finger to their existing user base as they chase the Apple type consumer. I guess that means Android will be the big winner here as that existing base looks for a modern OS that will cater to their requirements for flexibility and innovation. I wonder how the strategy of chasing after the Apple type consumer will work out for Microsoft? There are some indications already, I'd argue - Zune vs iPod Touch...Zune vs iPod Touch...wonder what the comparative sales figures look like? Good luck with that, Mr Ballmer.

ve switched from iphone to MS phone late last year. and i think it was a big mistake. i think the boses at MS dont want to make more more. if they take this as their it OS, appleOS and android will walk all over it. this is the most crappiest, distasteful, inferior, worthless apdate/upgrade, whatever MS wants to call it, i ve ever seen.
i hope MS goes bust. i wish they burn in hell.

all i can say i'm very disappointed. NO, i 'm furious.
Now, where is my iphone?
