Windows Phone 10 preview

Outlook for mobile is atrocious so far.

A major step backwards. I hope it's just the pre-release and mot a design decision.

As I haven't installed the preview, mind explaining why?

Huge number of features the current app has are missing.

Like next/previous buttons so you cant jump to the next email quickly.without going back and forth.

Also cant pin accounts to home so you have to back and forth between them. Windows Phone is now like every other OS in this regard ans missing a major unique feature.

Can you send media over whatsapp from anywhere? Or only the media from camera roll?

+1. Especially the pinning of mailboxes to Start - I have 6 mail accounts. Which is why I went back to 8.1 on the 1520.

Thanks. I'm sure all the missing features will be there when officially released.

I honestly hope that is the case and that's it's just a case of pre-release.

If Microsoft is going for some fancy "design" bull**** here while breaking functionality I'm definitely back on iOS come September.

I've read somewhere that this wasn't possible due to the limitations of the file system. Has this been improved/resolved?

There has been changes. Previously you couldn't email attachments other than pictures from the email client - this has changed.
Maybe Whatsapp will take advantages of this and make an update to the app

This was fixed with Windows Phone 8,1. Case in point, Telegram Messenger supports this feature

No it was not fixed in 8.1 as Telegram Messenger & Mail Plus are "applications = apps" and NOT native to the OS. As others have stated the email attachment issue of the native email client in 8.1 is resolved in Windows Mobile 10 by the changes to the native email client Outlook Mobile.
@SammyD Take a look at my forum post about this problem hoping for better understanding of the problem Link:http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php/679763-Email-attachment-in-reply-from-Office-Hub-and-Denim-Update?p=14595961&highlight=#post14595961

He was talking about WhatsApp though. Not the mail app.

From last night's demo I gather that Continuum on Win Mobile will require hardware capable of supporting two displays. Current WP phones don't, as far as I know, so that's why Belfiore said it requires new hardware.

This is exactly what I want: a phone that can be plugged into a screen with keyboard and mouse, and then it turns into a PC that runs both Universal and Win32 apps. Of course there's no announced support on Win 10 Mobile for Win32, but hopefully it'll come one day...
