Windows Phone 7 and Call Recording?

Just wondering if this new WM7 Sorry re-phrase before Junno2345 gives me a lashing "Windows Phone 7" Samsung i8700 Omnia 7 has the Call recording application that the Samsung i8000 Omnia 2 has?

I would assume that it isn't (not legal)? Whenever you call call centers they tell you that they are recording your call for 'quality purposes' :/
If you don't ask the caller if they want to be recorded then it would be illegal?

It is perfectly legal in SA. As long as one party in the conversation knows it is being recorded.

Actually in SA both parties should be made aware that they are being recorded. That is why they tell you over the phone. The agents on the other side of the line also know this, its part of there job training and quality control.

Also if you want to take someone to court based on CCTV footage it must be clearly indicated on the premises where the footage was taken that they have CCTV. That is why you normally see the signs indicating this all over this place, its not to scare off the crook but give you right to record.

No sign, no use in court.

Edit: I guess I just answered myself, if you record telling the person on the other end saying you doing so before the conversation you can use it as legal binding....

Hmm... interesting stuff - thanks guys.
I figured that 'This place is monitored by CCTV' wouldn't really be too much of a deterrent.
