Windows PPPoE vs USB speed

I have a 128k mywireless package. Using the Telkom speedtest I only get like 7Kbytes sometimes less. After disconnecting and connecting via USB I get upward of 10KBytes

Why?

What are your MTU & RWIN settings if you're running Windoze?

Hi, I downloaded DrTCP and according to that my RWIN is by default 100000 and MTU is at 1458.

Any suggestions

at 1430 request times out and at 1431 request is fragmented. Is this what is supposed to happen?

Used 1430. Got the average ping of 150ms by pinging www.is.co.za -n 10
150 + 60% = 240 *128 = 30720 / 8 = 3840 RWIN value.

The i used this test http://www3.dslreports.com/tweaks and it reported an effciency of 100%. I guess there is not much more I can do to tweak it right?
