Windows Programs on Android Tablet?

Hi,

There is a certain program I would like to put on an Android Tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1). This program is only available in chinese on the app store.

Is there a way one could install the Windows version of the program onto the tablet?

If it runs on Windows 95 or 3.x then you could try a DOS emulator. Don't know of Android but on iOS I have iDOS.
