difficult to say but personally it feels abit slower then 2012 to me.I generally stop most unused services and have it running with no visual effects on .Are you wanting to install a 2019 RDS Server ?Is 2019 less resource intensive than 2012?
22 deffo feels more sluggish when compared to 2019 running on the same virtual hardware. Not sure, I saw 2022 is out if you want to help QA it?![]()

I'm using 2019 on G9s and they do the job. I think I'll load a VM 2022 on it.22 deffo feels more sluggish when compared to 2019 running on the same virtual hardware.
last year i upgraded a few TS servers from 2008R2 to Win2019 RDS , and out the box had terrible performance issues on my 2019 vm.After alot of mucking around the issue was caused by the MS Fair share "feature".By disabling cpu , disk and network fair sharing , the server speed drastically improved.Yebo
Not sure but 2019 has a start menu unlike 2012 and its kak metro (windows 8) tile UI.Is 2019 less resource intensive than 2012?
