Windows + Smoothwall

Is there a windows alternative to smoothwall. I have build me a "server" type pc, I want this server type pc to: dial up,be my firewall, run my dc++ server, download, and be connected to my tv.

The main features I want from smoothwall would be dialing up, firewall, and the tracking of what ip is downloading what. bandwidth allocation would be great as well

As I understand it Smoothwall is a 'crippled' linux distro on a bootable CD. Not to put too fine point on it, I don't think Windows EULA would allow anything like that. But that probably doesn't answer your question, does it?

Closest I could guess would be installing Win 2003 server, or WinGate - neither of which are free. Perhaps http://wipfw.sourceforge.net/ ?

Smoothwall is a Lunix OS dedicated to firewalling...
