Windows Software to De-Multiplex (2 ADSL lines -> 1 server)

Does anyone know of any Windows software to load balance internet usage across 2 ADSL lines). We have 2 lines and 2 routers and presently only use them as for backup purposes. It would be nice to be able to use both at the same time.

PC with 3 NICs / Virtualization (3 nics) + PFsense 2.3 . Just be careful with load balancing. HTTPS, FTP, etc don't like bouncing between lines. Load balancing works nicely for http though.
