Hey guys
I am looking for a budget Windows tablet that comes with a good stylus/pen for note taking. Also should be usable in a laptop position with an attachable keyboard. In an ideal world I would just splash 30k on a Surface Pro 3 and be on my merry way. I have checked a couple of sites and it seems the Toshiba Encore 2 Write (WT10PE-A264) would have been great, can't seem to locate one in SA (Orange discontinued selling it).

ASUS VivoTab Note 8
Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 AnyPen
Those are some of the tablets seemingly preferred.
Any recommendations with a reseller located in SA and a reasonable price?
