Using the arrows keys on a mac I can navigate through text either:
1 letter at a time, left/right arrow
1 word at a time, option + left/right arrow
end/beginning of line, cmd + left/right arrow

Is there a Windows equivalent for the latter two? For navigating one word and line at a time.

And then ctrl+backspace for delete word left of cursor, and ctrl+del for right of cursor.
Laptop with no home/del/etc. it's usually function + left/right to skip to beginning/end of line.
Jumping paragraphs is ctrl + up/down, which can also be end/beginning of line depending on the editor.

One word at a time, Ctrl + Left/Right arrow
Start/end of line, Home and End, respectively

Ctrl+Home = to the document start
Ctrl+End = to the document end

Ctrl+Shift+Home = Select from cursor all the way to the document start
Ctrl+Shift+End= Select from cursor all the way to the document end

This reminds me of using WP 5 with the colour stickers on Ctrl Shift and Atl and the keyboard template over the function keys.
