Windows VLK in 2019 in SA

Hi fellow forumites. I need a bit of advice on Volume/ Open licences in SA at the moment. Would buying a large amount of licenses drive the cost down or is it just a convenience thing with a single key so to speak. I haven't had to deal with this topic in probably 10 years. If somebody can suggest a Distributor or Company that might be able to help it will be appreciated.

Just brought our licensed down by a few R100k moving away from VL

Any IT worth their salt can supply SPLA
