Hey guys,
I'm not exactly sure on this, but it would seem that whenever i take my laptop from my place where i have dsl to my parents where i use dial-up, xp just goes haywire. Various websites won't load, msn messenger live refuses to connect giving that bullsh*t keyports error and just generally xp seems to throw it's connection routing out the window. Not even my ZA will connect to the update server. Yet as you can see i'm on the internet browsing and downloading just fine.
Can anyone point me in the direction of some aide in this regard or tell me what to kick up the arse to fix this? I've been paging through google for the last 2 hours and am pretty much at my wits end. but hey, if i didn't expect sh*t like this it wouldn't be windows would it... ;P
Well hope someone can give me a clue as to where to look.

Oh and before i get the reset connections and reboot schpiel. I've done that. Cleared out cache/temp files/done spyware&adware&malware&virus scans. Nothing major found. And all things that were found were fixed accordingly...
