that is a moving target, which can be shut down. eventually wga catches up

shutting down the way I explained would mean breaking 80% of the new pc market, which isnt going to happen ever. and it is undetectable.

why do ppl try and crack xp

you can install xp oem software on lotsa pc, just keep phoning microsoft and say youve upgraded your hardware

yes exactly, why do they try?
my method is not a crack, which kinda make it undetectable by wga, as this method is in use right now by the large oems.

Well thanks, now more people can pirate XP (which is still being sold) by making it look like an OEM machine. Not a huge MS fan, but it pays my salary.

I would feel sad too, "if" the documents to do this werent publically available.
if you read the blog you will see I am advocating a method for you to salvage your installation if you change motherboard.
