Windows XP Online Updates screwing with my system???

I disable all Windows updates. Don't do it and you get everything from IE7 without expecting it to a MS phone home agent. Rather do an update when you control it and only install what is necessary. Also a good idea to use a good firewall if you are doing this. For example: Sunbelt Kerio.
