Just ran my windows update and I see Windows XP SP 3 is available. Wasn't available yesterday.

Does anyone know whether it has been officially released? Or this another Beta version?

I don't have beta downloads enabled
 
it's available via windowsupdate, yes.
staggered roll-out.
