So winter is and my windscreens get iced in the morning because my car is parked in the yard. No cover whatsoever.
Is there some windscreen protector that I can use?

I used to stay in PTA and winter there is not hectic, but JHB south is bad.

Used to stay in the south a few months ago, for over two years.

This time of year it starts to get stupidly cold and all windows were covered in ice in the morning. Most mornings were spend with a jug of cold water on the windscreen,

Thankfully, I am now in the West and car is parked in the garage every night.

To your question though: Just put a towel or something over the window.

Eish. It looks like there isn't a specific product for it.

I don't need a brick. I suppose a cardboard sellotaped (not to the windscreen) can work.
