Make's think of Tilt:
****
@RedViking, you missed out on some jols.
This one time after a night at Tilt, I happened to be driving the panel beater loan car (because I had almost written off my car but the repairs just almost broke even anyway, I was not familiar with it, it was foreign in my condition) and there I was, 9am on a Sunday morning in the car, I could start it and could move, but for some reason I was stuck in reverse. I battled with this dilemma for about as long as my patience held out which was about a minute.
I said, **** this ****, locked the car, don't recall how I got home, probably got a lift with the hoards of people that I end up befriending who always end up back to my place for the after party then after a while they all bail and I'm still left alone
Anyway, after it was all over, and everything was back to normal (about 3pm that same day), I get back there across the road from the Hilton, unlock the car and get in and straight away notice the gear lock. I unlocked it and drive home like a pro.
Moral of the story, don't panic, don't judge and don't don't give up. But remember, the rules are also flexible, so I didn't really "give up" when I kept going backwards the night before, I chose to save my energy for later (won the battle but not the war).
Also, these people try and phone me the next day to do **** like normal people but by then, I'm off drugs and I'm back to my normal self were I hate people (but really I hate myself) and I never answer.
