Something I'm working on:

Jack Sonni died in 2023. His website was on domain jacksonni.com. His family and friends tried taking over the domain. They were advised by Godaddy that the domain must expire, then they can bid on it on an auction (actually the wrong advice, there is a procedure, but Godaddy tried profiting off it. They are snakeshits). Anyway, some Vietnamese gambling syndicate got it in the bidding, abusing the domain domain for gambling links. Atm this may get quite bad, world's biggest registrar or not. Lawyers circling, but cost a lot. Hopefully there is another way for much less $$$ ...
