I am currently looking to fill a Wintel Tier 3 Senior and Junior position within a large corporate Cape Town based IT firm.
Must have solid Server & Infrastructure experience and either Citrix or VMware skill sets. Appsense is a huge bonus and will immediately qualify an interview.
We are a UK based company, operating under full ITIL processes and guidelines. Incident resolution, Problem management, Change Control as well as non standard requests for ad hoc project assignments when required. Must be customer facing and well spoken, with the ability to host and manage conference calls.
We are a large team, delivering infrastructure support and service improvements, based on recommendations.
There is lots of opportunity for design work and project implementation, if you are able to create accurate quotations and SoW proposals.
Minimum Requirements are:
MCITP / MSCE 2008 Track
VCP X
Or
XENAPP X Including Netscaler
