WireIT issues?

Bought an electricity token this morning, just after midnight, but haven't received the token code yet. Their helpline is down and I am not sure how long I will have to wait for their email helpdesk to get back to me.

Sitting with 1.5 units in the meter and I really don't want to have to slog all the way to the closest supported vendor for ten units to see me through the day until this issue can be sorted out:confused:

I tried that, all I'm seeing is some meter in another district (Mogalakwena?) with their associated token numbers.

Something's broken here.

I'm having the same issue. Any luck on a solution?
 
@veethree I had to buy R100 at the Spar this morning. We were on 0.4 units when I left home. I had to pay the higher bracket price, so the payment is definitely reflecting on NMBM's side, but no sign of my token yet.

That's no good! I was able to log on and open the section for reprinting the voucher, and then everything came through. Worth trying again?

I tried again now and my voucher is showing. No idea what went wrong this AM but at least the leccy meter's belly is fed again :)
