I have been with iburst for 2 months.
On Saturday all the totals reset properly. But a friend who has iburst via mweb had no bandwith available, called support, got redirected to Mweb, in the end the best I got around midday was iburst engineers are attending to the issue.
their usage totals: midnight everything zeroed.
01:50 12Gb used
06:30 8Gb used. Yes you can use 12Gb, and 6 hours later it will drop to 8Gb but your available bandwith is still 0
Sunday morning my usage jumped to 9Gb .... now it is up to 9.5Gb, with 60Mb left and dropping fast.
No updates running, no steam, this is on a linux box. Router I'm using has no wireless. Single ethernet cable.
Be pretty funny but I'm going be capped in an hour. And my daily usage is ~200-500Mb.
Looks like their database is totally corrupt, but in 72hours still no fix ...
