Wireless Emergency Alerts - MTN?

Hope everyone is well

I picked up a prepaid MTN SIM card today and activated it.

About an hour or so later I received a Wireless Emergency Alert. The alert read "ZONE35%20%"
I'm not 100% sure if it has anything to do with MTN but that's what I suspect since I've never recieved anything like this before (maybe just a coincidence?).

From what I can tell it's some sort of system that they mainly use in America for alerting citizens of emergencies.
Does anyone have any more information? I'll attach some screenshots of the notification.

what you are seeing @OmarYC is merely an MTN Zone alert - which gives you call discounts at various % depending on the time of day and in which suburb you are
