I purchased myself a set of Thrustmaster 400Xw Wireless headsets.

I plugged it into my pc and BAM!!! it aint detected. After reading the instructions carefully i realised that it is XBOX headsets.

Any idea how i can get it working? the headsets are worth 2K and will be a a big loss.

It seems that you will only be able to connect to the pc by using 3.5 jacks. Male to male. You will obviously loose all the functions of the controller :( At least you will have a nice set of headphones.

yup, that is the conclusion i came to as well. but i thought there might be some way of getting it to work, just as one can make the controller work

Which may be an possibility,

Full compatibility:

Smartphone TV tablets : mix the sound of your device with your game!*

...

*Require an extra jack cable not included

Then there is the wireless driver compatibility (recognising the driver), to quote mobber,

Maybe something like this will work,

with a 3.5 male to male. Do not take my word that it will work...
