So, I'm looking for some recommendations for big, comfy headsets that would sync to both an android phone and a PC. I am not clued up on A2DP etc, but I believe WiFi would be better than Bluetooth, but they are a lot more expensive. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have no idea. No upper limit I guess, is 1.5k reasonable?

Wireless is better mostly, it has a longer range with a faster transmit rate. The thing is, I'm not sure if your phone would be compatible. Bluetooth you would have a lot more comparability with phones, only thing is you need to have Bluetooth with your desktop.

Yeah, this is my problem. I'm looking for something compatible with both. Ideally, without breaking the bank.

I got myself the jbl earphones j46bt
Very happy with the sound quality and they seem to last about 3-4 hrs. In fact the sound is so much better than the apple earphones.
The sound from the mic is not too good for making the calls.

Bose AE2w would be my choice, light overear, has the option to plug cable if battery fail, then you can connect 2 devices simultaniously (notebook and phone) and listen to music, when phone ring, music pause/mute, have conversation, afterwards it unpause.

Problem is R3500.

Sound quality is great, 2 negatives would be, can't go that loud, and little less bass than i would like. My Philips has beter sound. (But thats wired)

Then the Philips BT set would fit in your budget, but it is a on-ear set.

I had Creative BT aswell, but not that impresive...

I would say the Bose was the best i've used in the BT department...

Hi Guys

I am looking to buy a pair of JBL S400 BT headphones ...

I have heard these headphones and I can vote that they are much better then the Beats by Dre, Street by 50, House of Marley and just about any Wireless headphones out there for sound quality and build quality.

Has anyone here had any experience with these and are they worth the R 2500 price tag in terms of durability, and having no major issues ?

Any help will be appreciated, Thanks
