watsup guys...

Recently i bought a wireless pci card to connect to the internet through my home network, but it seems to be giving trouble. often it will just disconnect and reconnect (mainly when i have quite a few web pages open).

Also when i join a COD4 server it will say "connection interupted" as soon as i join and then disconnect. I used to have a usb wireless dongle and that worked fine. the make of the current card is a TRENDnet TEW-423PI

My net is 384kb adsl and the wireless signal is always 2-3 bars out of 5.
Im runnining windows 7 btw

andy help will be appreciated, thanks :)

Try using the windows network utility to connect to the network rather than the one that installs with the card.

Go to the card's hardware properties, and force the speed to 54, or lower and not Auto.

Also set Channel to Auto (your access point should be on auto as well), and turn off any power-saving features.
