hi EdRobinson, ja I saw that, but a friend who lives in douglasdalse got the pamphlet at his house. apparently they have service in that area.

Actualy this looks pretty good, Im shure the internet will suck and have problems, but then again you never know.

But free local and national calls?? The price is very low too. Id get the 3some service. Loks awesome. but I cant help but think they dont take themselves seriously at all with the nameing.

Still looks pretty good. Especialy the up to 8mb/s coming soon. Im shure it is possible.
 
Uh.. not sure what the free local and national calls means... apparently wife to wife is free... the rest is regular voip:
.50c landline
1.56 cell
.39c USA
.39c UK
local 8mbps on and within their own network is possible, but international at that price is not AFAIK.
even 8Mbps wifi.... hmmm WiMax?

Oh... and then there's the "If you sign a 3/6/12 month contract bit"... duh - we're going backwards again.

But he prices are still good, and Im shure many peiple sign contracts in other coutnries like the US ect too. its just a business stratagey. but a *** one for us in such a changing internet landscape in SA.

I also dont quite get what they mean with free calls. I dont thkn they could be so stupid to just mean between wife phones. that is obvious, maby they are putting free calls into the cost? But that doesnt quite sound right either..
 
Naah - their site doesn't mention anything free other than wife to wife as far as I can see... look at their price list
