Hi Chaps,
I make use of a wireless isp and have a linksys wrt54gl router .
Have found new firmware for the wrt that will allow bandwidth limiting by mac or ip address.
The wrt is connected as a switch and ap at the moment ie wan port is not used.
Will any bandwidth, qos limits set on the router be applied to pc's connected directly to the switch or only apply to traffic through the internet (wan) port?
If the latter then is there a way to setup my network with the wisp going to my wan port, have tried this but cannot get internet, think it is a gateway issue.
Please help
Cheers Clanser
