Hi folks,
I have a wireless MS Keyboard and mouse for my PC here at home which I am not enjoying using at all since having to use it during lockdown while working from home. At the time I bought this blind not thinking how keyboards have changed over the years. There seems to be this push for these soft touch style keyboards for desktop PCs but feeling like a laptop keyboard. I hate laptop keyboards with a passion and I don't know how people can type of those things - and don't get me started on a Macbook keyboard either.
Moving along ... I am looking for a wireless mechanical keyboard (red switches) and mouse. I DON'T need LEDs and flashy lights and all those bells and whistles. I have a Dell SK-8115 keyboard at work (https://www.amazon.com/DELL-USB-Keyboard-SK-8115-NM467/dp/B003CO171C) which I love and I am looking for something similar for home. Yes, the Dell is wired, but I cannot imagine that one would not be able to find something like this, but wireless ... with a mouse too.
Do you find folks have any personal recommendations? I don't want to spend thousands just on the keyboard because it has flashy lights and bling-bling.
Looking forward to what you are using that fits my requirements.
