Wireless mouse vs USB extenders for gaming

Hi

I game on a TV in my room so I'm just over 2m away from my tower.

Using quite a cheap wireless mouse which gets quite sticky and not the most responsive in games.

Would it be better for me to upgrade to a better wireless mouse or buy a USB extender n a wired mouse?
Which would have less latency?

And does anyone know where I can buy a mouse that has a cable which is longer than 1.5m?

Do yourself a favour and stay wired. Trust me.

Get a decent Razer mouse. Razer Imperator is my personal fav and has a 2m cord.
 
Ya tried a new battery n still get the laggy response. Think it's just the super cheap mouse.

Completely agree to sticking to wired.

You know of any other wired mice with a cable that's 2m or longer n cheaper than that razer?
 
OK sick. N shouldn't have any noticeable lag with a USB extension?

Just get a good mouse. Going wireless or not doesn't make a difference but wires do get in the way for me.
