Wireless Network STats : optimum?

Hi,

Just installed a USB wireless adapter and sending files to my other PC ... I'm getting confused on my kbps, Kbps, MBps,Mbps etc etc speeds. Is this optimal?

Seems to run at between 30 and 35 Mbps

Ah - not working properly :/ Seems to be at Wireless G speeds on not Draft N :/
