I've been with WO for more than a year now, and I can't complain really. It's got it's ups and downs like all other ISP's.
Speed is fine. 16kB/s download speeds on a 192k package. Don't know what other people get at other ISP's.

sorry... the 1:1 contention ratio is not the funny part... 64K and 128K is the joke. .. I really cant believe anyone besides Telkom still sell bandwidth in those allocations.
